Upon receipt, one of the hubs did not work on the laptop stand. All it took was a 5 minute phone call to their customer service and they shipped a new one to me immediately. They even told me to keep the old one because they don't refurbish it.

Excellent customer service and quick replacement of the defective product. This is how I run my business and it's great to see another company doing the same."
