Short about me: I am computer reseller and was dealing with computer related product for about 15 years now I have very good experience of how used or new items looks like. Real story: I found IntechGroupLLC on ebay. link for ordered item http://cgi.ebay.com/INTEL-EXTREME-SERIES-X58-ATX-MOTHERBOARD-NEW-DX58SO-/250662471761?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motherboards&hash=item3a5ca5c851 item# 250662471761 item clearly advertised as New on eBay I called and ordered from them over the phone and paid by paypal Received clearly used with marks of previous installation and repair motherboards. I still decided to give a try but very first motherboard did not work. I checked second one and found that it has damaged corner. Original shipping box was undamaged so that another sign of used, repaired motherboard, so I just sent both back for full refund since non working and misrepresented. I paid $298 Refund received $231 I spoke to Mark there and he used expletive words - BUL.SHI. to describe that I am wrong and hangup on me. I want to get full refund!!!

"BE CAREFULL.
Recently I purchase a Network camera to intechgroupllc.com, through eBay, I hope the item is still on eBay database (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230073390965). When I was doing the deal, I call the seller several times and they told me that the camera was in a working and great condition, good shape and almost new.
As you can see the item (they said) is in good shape.. After I receive the camera I was testing it for several days, because they say that the camera is on a good shape.
During my test period, several times, I tried to contact them and they didn't answer my request
in a good and respectful way (several times hangs out the phone with any clear and polite response). After several tries and days I decided to contact Panasonic and they answer me yesterday with a technical response, they said that the camera was broken inside.. This was the Panasonic response..
“We have evaluated your unit and determined it to have liquid damage. As this is not covered by manufacturers warranty there would be a cost of $1007.07 for parts and labor plus tax and shipping. This estimate would be more than the value of the unit. I did not want to return this to you without giving you prior knowledge of the technician's finding. The tech found the following parts would need to be replaced, main board, stepping motor, I/O pc board and the lens. Please confirm your return shipping address."
As you can see these guys say to many LIES - THIEVES and abuse in the Internet Market from honest people and respectful people. THEY seems to have a GREAT REPUTATION on eBay, but it is a Shame, think about this , they don't do great and honest business when they want to STOLE you..
TAKE CARE.. TAKE CARE of this company, this happen to me and MAY happen to you.
The business of this guys must to be punished on the Internet because this bad actuations with the normal and respectfully people..
