"I purchase an SP5000 projector from here. It apprently came with a rebate. I mailed in the rebate and accidentally put a 2005 stamp on it and not a new 2006 .39 cent stamp. Came back so I mailed it right out. Infocus rep said they still might let it go through. We low an behold, Infucs DENIED my rebate because it was 4 days past the postmark. So my good faith mail in rebate is met by a company who insists on denying such a large rebate. Good projector, Panny is better, but their customer service needs to leanr how to be customer service oriented. Asked for a supervisor and was told 7-10 days? WTH, never heard a line like that before."
