"Do not, for any reason, order anything from these people. I ordered shocks that their own website said would fit my car only to receive them & find out that they would in NO WAY fit my car. When I informed Import Auto Parts of such, they told me to ship the shocks back to them at my expense, even though the mistake was their own. Luckily my girlfriend is an attorney, so filing a lawsuit will be fully worthwhile."

"My experience with Import Auto Parts isn't a very good one. I'm already skeptical of ordering things on the Internet & they aren't making me feel any better. After I ordered my product, I called them to make sure I placed my order correctly. The phone directory wasn't too friendly, no customer sales rep, no business hrs, not even the company name on the directory. I ordered from another company the same day. No one aswered but they had the company name & a time I would be able to speak to a rep. Another problem was they sent an email to say they didn't have the part. The other company called me when there was a problem. When i called Import Auto (more than once). It took a long time to reach a live person. Once I reached a rep they told me the money should be back on my card no longer than 5 days. Tomorrow will be the 5th. Rock auto, the other company, already reimbursed me my money for parts they didn't have. Already received the parts they did have. And definetly felt like Rock Auto was a legitimate business & valued me as a customer. I feel both companies shouldn't allow you to order unavailable parts. Understanding that may be something they currently have no control of. Make me feel like you are a legitimate business & you value me (& not just me, everyone calling for business) as a costumer. I do believe I will get my money. Just would like to let them know how it feels being a potential customer. Hoping to improve their costumer relations."

The long - they say you'll get email confirm within 2 days. It took 4. No phone support regardless of how long you wait, how many times you call or what option you choose on their automated line. Email inquiry was handled within 24 hours. On day #10 I received my mirror. Fits well, works properly. Great price. Accept for the dead calm the initial 4 days... all good."

When i opened the ups website stated that my item was shiped to Charlotte, NC. and I leve in orlando fl, I have try to call several times, I have never been able to get a hold of some one, left 2 voice messeges and never got a call back.
