I have been concerned about counterfeit media for sometime, and took my time to select a reseller for whom may actually have the authentic versions. There is so much out there about the cheap, Chinese fakes.

What I received appears to be the real deal. Other than a few cracked and broken jewel cases, which were easily replaced, the CD perform solidly.

Will definitely buy from them again!

"I place multiple orders with importcds.com. the prices are great. Better yet if you order multiple CDs the shipping cost per CD drops. It doesn't work that way with Amazon. I once sent an email to them asking a question of curiosity and they did not respond. However, that doesn't detract from the value provided. "My advice would be to avoid this company. Even if items you ordered are not in stock, they will immediately charge you the full amount of your order. Weeks later, they will tell you that they were not able to obtain the missing items, and that they will refund you for them. However, they will only refund the price of the items, NOT the shipping and handling you already paid on those items. If they bother to respond to your customer support email, which is not always the case, they will claim you weren't charged for shipping and handling on those items, or come up with some excuse as to why they can't refund you properly. Very unprofessional. So like I said, stay away from this company and find another one that has the items you want. You will be glad you did."

"I purchased 3 CDs from Import CD. They crammed them in a small cardboard container. They arrived with all 3 plastic cases badly damaged. I asked for a replacement. They asked for pictures. I took 5 pictures and sent them. Import claimed they did not receive the pictures. I asked twice where and how to send the pictures. Those requests were ignored. I then made a complaint with Amazon. Import now wants me to travel to and from the post office and supply a shipping container—all at my expense and inconvenience. Now I read reviews where returning damaged product doesn’t result in replacement or reimbursement; instead Import ignores its customers. I will never purchase anything from this company and recommend that everyone do the same. Amazon should drop this customer unfriendly company. On to Deep Discount and other reputable companies."
