Sent wrong charger

"Called asus to get a part number for my vivobook 17 laptop charger. Then found this company and ordered the part number provided. I was sent a substitute part that was too wide to fit my charger port rendering it essentially a useless $90 part. Called to rectify and got placed on a ten minute hold and sent to voicemail."

Terrible

"I work at a small data infrastructure business and ordered some refurbished parts for an ups system. Upon arrival, the boxes seemed fine and decided not to check the products before the install; we like to open and break the seal in front of the customer. The install was past the 30 day return window unfortunately. When we started to install one of the power modules we noticed a motherboard was loose and upon further inspection we noticed that half of the wires from an internal transformer were frayed and loose. If we had installed it and turned it on, there would be 480 VDC running through it and may have caused serious injury to us and the data center we were servicing. They refused to take the part back even though it was clear that the factory seals were unbroken and unit had not been serviced at all. Terrible company."

Adaptor Emergency

"Thank you! This was a life saver. Trying to remote work and my niece tripped on my cord and broke off the stem inside the laptop. I couldn't secure a replacement adaptor locally and even Lenovo doesn't stock it. I only lost like a half-day of work time thanks to your company."

Horrible customer service

"I called to check if an order was going to ship on time. I selected a service they actually don't like. Why would the company put that as a shipping opinion in the first place. The "supervisor" (far from it) was rude, vague and very unprofessional. I was looking for a long time business relationship. I will sure not order from this company again. If the owner reads these, I would strong recommend that customer service is a must. "

Everything on point - Thank you so much

"My computer (Lenovo Yoga 900-13ISK) was dead and I needed to replace the motherboard which I found priced at $250 – $350 on most websites but at only $144 on Impact Computers. I was skeptical but decided to order it and since parts were so cheap, I also ordered a new battery, a new thermal module (+ 2 fans) and a new power socket. It was a total of $200 for the four components. I placed my order last Saturday and called them on Monday to confirm the order, which they did (very friendly btw) and I received it less than 48h later. Not only were the parts in pristine condition, it was superbly well-packed, so much so that I was truly impressed. I proceeded to replace the old parts on my computer and everything was perfect. I am now writing this review from my newly fixed computer.

I saw that the company had bad reviews but since I am so amazed by how good everything has been for me, I felt the need to leave a review praising them for the good service. $200 for FOUR parts INCLUDING a motherboard and a battery, shipped in less than 2 days and so neatly packed… I don’t know what to say. Fantastic. Thank you SO MUCH.

Another victim of a "Bait and Switch"

"Prompt service and great price "IF" they send you the correct product. I am not a technical person but when a technical person installs a part on your computer and tells you that your new touchscreen digitizer does not actually have touchscreen capability then you go back to the supplier ..Right? I did not have my laptop repaired right away. If I could afford to have it fixed at the time I received the part then I could have purchased a new one. It was Christmas time and I had limited funds. I contacted their customer service and within seconds the Sales Manager told me that I had waited too long to get back with them. Yes, seven months is a long time, however, receiving a part that was presented to me as exactly what I ordered and it was not leaves room for some sort of reciprocation from the person who did not hold up to their end of the bargain. He answered so quickly without taking any time to even try and see what happened. I guess I should have listened to the other reviews located elsewhere besides here. The sales manager offered me a discount for another one since "they had that particular part everywhere in their supply." I can not afford the expense of purchasing a new part and then pay to have the wrong part removed and replaced."

"I ordered a replacement laptop keyboard from this company. The keyboard was reasonably priced, extremely well-packed and was shipped quickly. The only negative feedback I have is that I did not receive an email to confirm my initial order placement. I had to login again to confirm the order was successfully placed. I only received
an email once the order shipped.

Bait and Switch, poor customer service

"Ordered very well priced new drives to rebuild a degraded RAID array. On the order confirmation it showed what I ordered (which their website claimed they had in stock) then what they were shipping (a completely different hard drive). I had to call 5 times to actually get through, then got disconnected, then finally told that "No, what you ordered isn't available" and they were just going to ship me a different drive (which I could have ordered from any number of other retailers at half the price and without the high shipping fees. Cancelled the order and went somewhere else, but wasted over an hour dealing with the problem. Don't waste your time with this site."

Cancelled Order

"Just like everyone else, they cancelled my order saying it was unavailable. The item was listed twice on their site, one $10 and the other $70. Just like everyone else, the more expensive item is still listed after they cancelled. This place reeks of bad management and I will never make the mistake again of wasting my time with them. My small biz will spend our money with reputable retailers."

"Have had nothing but issues with these guys for over a 2 almost 3 year period where we had to return little less than half of what we ordered because of issues with the orders; wrong part, not as described, not what was pictured, etc.
But we decided to give them another chance after not ordering for a year and ordered an expedited part. They canceled the order without any notification and then when we called to inquire as to what was going on, they said we had been "banned" since last year.
Apparently after posting a review of a bad experience last year (which we actually took down), they decided to block my company from placing any future orders because of said review. They didn't try to rectify anything, make things right, nadda. In fact they threw in my face that folks buy 500 parcel orders without issue but is most likely parts like RAM and not very small/specific laptop parts poorly described on their site and have to return because they ARE NOT what I was expecting; or just don't work.
Don't get me wrong, I have ordered parts successfully from them in the past and even with my issues decided to come back.
But if it doesn't work out or there is any issue? They don't care about you as a customer or even as a small businesses. They even threw in my face that I didn't order much and had to return half the items!!! Which was all due to issues with
THEM sending the wrong part, sending what was not described/ not pictured, etc. BUYER BEWARE!
