"I received my product on time but it broke down withing 3 times of using (5 months) It was sent back to them (in October) and I was told I would get a replacement. They then said that the replacement must have been lost in the post and they would get me a refund. After about 15 emails to the company I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund they would send me a replacement. I have received it today (Mid January) and it's a refurbished item and the packaging is a mess. Please stay away from this company it took me 3 months and the threat of Trading Standards to get this resoved and it's a second hand one they sent me."

"I Ordered a pack of 4 epson compatible ink cartridges and they arrived the very next day! Was very happy with the price and they seem to be very good. Would use again"

"A complete waste of time. I paid by paypal and got a receipt. I waited a week but no items received. Tried to call them and no answer. I was meant to receive a tracking number, but I had not been given one, so the order had not been sent.
I finally contacted paypal and asked them to get my money back. Impact gave lots of excuses and evenually came up with the idea that I had not paid them (even though they told me I had!!). There was lots of stuff between all of this (but i have tried to keep things brief).
So, I now have my money back thanks to pay pal who decided the case in my favour. Do not do business with this company unless you want lots of excuses and no service!!

"Ten days after placing the order I got an e-mail telling me that my order has been completed. I am still awaiting the items to arrive. When calling the phone number they give it's redirecting you to their website. I left a message through their website as well as sending three e-mails, there is no response from the company so far and no trace of the goods either. Judging by my experience from this company I, would stay well away from them. "

"I don't usually bother leaving comments for sites but I thought that I would make an exception for impact. Although I returned the product that I purchased because it was not the one that I desired, the support throughout the whole purchasing process was second to none. The customer support was very personal, unlike with bigger companies like ebuyer.com and dabs.com. The website was well laid out and the products were competitively priced. Although I didn't keep the product, I will definitely be looking to shopping here again as I know that they can be relied upon.
