"I ordered a genuine HP Toner cartridge for an hp laserjet 4200. A week later, I received an HP "compatible" cartridge which did not warrant the price I paid for a genuine model. After calling and leaving a msg, the proprietor called me back and agreet to arrange for its return. UPS subsequently picked up the item and shipped it back. According to the tracking information, it was delivered several days ago. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've emailed the merchant and will update this commentary appropriately when he responds."
"I ordered my fuser assembly on January 16. After several days passed and the order status had not been updated, I sent two e-mails. The second e-mail was replied to with an explanation for the delay. Apparently the item was backordered. The item was shipped 2-day Blue and the package arrived a day later than expected (FedEx).
With the exception of a WEB site, that does not get updated, and lack of notification when the order is shipped, I found my on-line purchase experience to be fair. Within 9-days of placing my order the item was delivered to my door.
Prices with this merchant are about average of those I found having similar refurbished parts.
This merchant has an answering machine to take all calls. No one answers the phone at any time. E-mail works best if necessary to contact merchant.

"This company is a complete fraud. They have a nice flashy website, and pretty good prices. Do not order from these people they ship you faulty parts. I ordered a fuser assembly for our HP 5000 and the part did not wokr. This guy will not respond to our calls, the answering machine is conveniently always on and answering the phone. Does not respond to e-mails.

Suprisingly after I posted to resellerratings.com I received a response from the company and received a working fuser. I am happy it worked out, but it was very inconvenient that I had to wait next to two weeks to receive a fixed part. "
