"We learned about Imagine Studios at our local Bridal Show here in Kansas City. We personally met Shawn Beuscher and Jen Beuscher. Shawn Beuscher was to do the videography and video editing for our wedding and Jen Beuscher was to do our photography. It has been a total nightmare for the past 2 1/2 years trying to get our photos and video. We paid over $6,000 for a complete video and photo package for what was suppose to be the memories of our wedding day. Not only have we not received any albums or photos, but Shawn and Jen take no effort in reaching out to explain why its taken so long. When they do decide to answer the phone and take calls we get nothing but excuses. Shawn Beuscher was just recently featured on our local Fox affiliate news station for not providing product for another couple after being paid. It was a 'Call to Action" news segment where the news station works on a consumers behalf to get answers. It took a news station for this couple to get their UNEDITED wedding video! To cap it off Shawn Beuscher makes them sign a legal waiver to ensure the couple doesn't take him to court! What's sad is they still didn't get what they originally agreed to and of course the Beuschers got paid. To this day my wife and I have not received any video of our wedding, 2 years later! Shawn and Jen are unprofessional to the lowest degree.

If you are planning your most special day stay away from Shawn Beuscher and Jen Beuscher and Imagine Studios in which they run together. Word is that they are operating under different names now, but I wouldn't be surprised if they've left the country. Just be glad they didn't leave with your money!
