"For whatever reason company decided to cancel my order...I have no problem with this...it is up to their discretion. What I have a problem with is their dismal lack of courtesy in that they never bothered to notify me that the order was cancelled...so here I sit for two weeks waiting for it. I cannot find it in myself to recommend or ever again purchase from a company that can't even figure out how to notify a customer that their order is cancelled."

"i bought a modem from them... it was doa. i sent it back with rma number... numerous emails to them about the replacement. and they keep telling me to get an rma number and read their policy. in my email, i told them many times that i have gotten an rma number, and they have recieved the dead modem. i even linked them to the ups delivery confirmation...
still havent recieved an email about my replacement... its been 3 weeks....
the modem did come pretty fast though.

"I ordered Klipsch Promedia 5.1 speaker system. I called them to ask them where the status of the order was and they said it was on back order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go to a different company. I was told to wait till tuesday and I am going to wait till tuesday and if they still haven't gotten anything in. I am cancelling the order.
