"Our driving school requires this for online training. The 30 hours took my kids over 100 hours mainly because website is horrible. Cannot get help, at one point all of the items became unavailable to both my kids and they wasted a week trying to figure out how to get access to the content again. Missed DMV appointments due to the lag time in getting the certificate sent as you cannot just hit print when done. "

"I am a frequent user of Groupon and found Igottadrive.com under driving schools. They were offering a 50% off promotion where I was able to purchase two, 1 for each of my teenage boys. The purchase was easy but once I got to the website it was an all different story. When I tried to fill out the information for a parental permission it would not go through. I had to call to the customer service only to be told that I had to go get 2 forms notarized verifying I was their mother then scan and send them back. After 1 phone call and an e-mail I was finally able to get in. Of course we didn't get to complete the course in time so I had to start over and was told it was a $15 reset fee because I only wanted to reset 1 of my teenagers course. I paid the fee and still could not get in so upon investigating my bank account to see if charges went through I made a shocking discovery. I was charged $59.95 instead of the $15.
I contacted the company and was refunded my money and promised the reset it still hasn't happened I am going with another company. "
