Terrible Customer Service

"I purchased a CHIN Fit Elite with very poor directions. This item provides two gel pads and the directions say to apply them in four different places. For clarity, I tried to email, ( no reply and non existent). When I try to call their advertised phone number, there is NO answer, it rings forever and disconnects. It's as if they don't exist. The book/manual that comes with it cannot be read without a magnifying glass. This company is TERRIBLE. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. I will return the item for lack of assistance, I will NOT pay my credit card for this purchase.
I strongly recommend you do NOT do business with this company.

"I made my order on 1/2/2006 and since I didn't get the product, I called the 1-800 number. First no one ever picked up the phone and the voice mail said if you have questions, send email instead. Again, no response from them. I agreed with other reviewers, this company is a scam and I'm worried what they may do with my credit card # and other info. "

"I wonder if anyone has had a satisfactory deal with this bunch. The Singer Laser Vacuum sales site accepted my order; a week later I received a confirmation email complete with FedEx tracking number; FedEx site showed the "information received" three days after my order, but no subsequent action. It's the same today, nearly two months later. After several emails resulted in very courteous automated promises to contact me, but no contact, I wrote snail-mail letters to the street address on the web site, the District Attorney in that neighborhood, The Singer Corporation, and the Web address registrant. I got a letter back from Singer, telling me they don't sell vacuums, that the company that did licensed use of their name. I got an email from customer service of the company selling vacuums, telling me to call an 800 number for customer service; I responded that I don't do telephone, could they please have someone respond by email or snail mail? No response. After 31 days with no satisfaction, I called my credit card company who did a charge-back. I see the company has dropped "Singer" from the name of the product. That's good. "

"We purchased a Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum from this store on 4/8/05 it is now 5/12/05 and we still never received the item. We called the customer service number to find out about the status of the order and they told us that they do not sell any vacuum's and had no clue what we were talking about. Then on 5/6/05 we noticed on our bank account that they charged us for the item and there was a phone number so we called it and the lady told us that it would not be shipping until 5/25/05 when we purchased this item on 4/8/05. We asked to just cancel the order and she told us that it would take 2 weeks to process the credit. THIS STORE IS A SCAM THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PRODUCT. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!"

"Please do not buy from this company! I ordered a hair dryer for my girlfriend on 12/14/04. I was told on the phone that if I didn’t like it, I can easily return it. She didn’t like it, so I followed all the instructions and returned it. I never received my refund!! I spoke with several customer service reps who kept telling me that I should receive my refund any day now, but never did. Anytime I try to call now, all I get is “sorry, we are closed right now”. I can live with losing $25, but I’m concerned that they have my credit card info and are ripping other people off."

"I ordered a product from this site after being referred to it by people on a message board who have ordered the same product from the same site. I placed my order on 10/17. I received a confirmation receipt at the end of my order, which I printed out. I waited until 10/20 for a confirmation e-mail from the seller just to confirm that they received my order. I did not get anything. I read on their site that if we did not get a tracking number within 5 days of purchase to e-mail them. I did that. I never received an e-mail back. While it hasn't been a whole lot of time, it has been a tremendous amount of time between my order and their acknowledgment. I also believe that after sending three e-mails with my invoice attached, they would see that all I want is the product and then they can go on ignoring me.
I find their customer service to be 100% non-existent. I am unsure why a site that appears to be something people would buy from often would be so bad with their customers.
While I am angry, I am more concerned that these people have my credit card details and all of my personal information. I simply do not want this to happen to anyone else.
Since I found this site a long while back I never purchase anything online unless I go here. I didn't see any ratings for the vendor so I figured that no news was good news.
After my experience, I was compelled to sign up on this site and get this vendor listed so that if someone needs to see a rating for them they can see mine.
