"These folks are unbelievable. They could fix their reporting tool for over 2 months! They then had the audacity to charge me for overages (over $400) that I was forced to incur because I couldn't properly clean my email list. List hygiene is one of the most important components of a solid email program and Icontact doesn't seem to understand that. Do your self a favor and use MailChimp. They are amazing."
