"Disasterous!
I did the mistake of shopping from this site...
After weeks of delay in shipment, i tracked the order manually to learn that it was due to custom costs not being paid!
1) there is no obvious mention that custom costs are additional. So this came as a complete shock
2) as there was no courtesy of sharing this information, there was also absolutely no mention that this can cost 1/3rd the price of the purchase!
3) the process was completely painful: when I contacted the customer service, I was responded that this is not “your business”!
So I ended up paying a very expensive gift x 1.3 times its price + delivery cost, had to make several calls and mails to untangle the mess, and the gift was not delivered on time by any measure
I expect such an expensive service to be at least responsible enough to mention that custom fees and process is not included and must be managed separately instead of fooling the customers.
AVOID THE TRAP!

"Bought from Icons and received the items in a somewhat timely manner. Upon reciept of items 3 of the 4 items bought were damaged and not from shipping as the 4th was pristine. Their only response was send them back then, not offering to cover shipping, no real apologies. This isnt the 1st time Ive had an issue with them either. Had to open a paypal claim just to get a refund on a returned item before. "
"I can’t recommend Icons highly enough. I have been caught out before buying “official football merchandise” off of the internet. I have spent money on autographed photos which have meant to be personally signed by players in the past, only for a mass produced reproduction to get delivered. I have also been let down with poor reliability and poor delivery from different websites, but I happy to say nothing could be more different with Icons.com
I wanted to buy my friend a present for his birthday, a real, genuine, special present which couldn’t be found in every sports shop or website around. I looked on ebay for ages for some Manchester United memorabilia but a lot of them looked like fakes or when I asked a question about how authentic it was or how rare the item was, they couldn’t give me any answers. Then I did a search on Google for Giggs signed shirts and I found Icons. There I found a Giggs shirt, with all the information I wanted, it even told me when it was actually signed by him and how many were signed. I ordered it straight away and it arrived within a week. Top marks for Icons. If anyone is looking for authentic signed football memorabilia I would trust Icons above any other website.
