"I bought a phone watch and the strap was faulty, the clasp kept popping open. My return was approved and I sent the package to the returns address listed on their website. They then told me that I should not have used that address (so who knows why it was on their website then) and that they could not get the watch from that address. As a result, they never refunded me for the defective product. As another problem, despite using the "unsubscribe" function and emailing them multiple times to stop receiving their promotional emails, years later I still get them. Which is annoying because it just keeps reminding me of how they ripped me off."
