"I've been want to buy seeds from this place for awhile but recently my step son bought me one of there newest strains as a gift because he knew I wanted to try it out. I love how they will guide you every step of the way during your grow. They have also teamed up with a company that can supply you with all of the growing necessities and instructions needed. A little background first. I have been a long-time customer of another seed supplier, and this was my first foray into trying someone other than them. What prompted this was ILGM offered a particular strain that most other suppliers don’t carry but met my needs very well for pain management. I have a number of medical issues that result in constant, chronic pain. I don’t wish to go the opioid (hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.) route with its associated risk of addiction, so I decided some time ago to grow whatever I need and use as required for the pain.

I placed my order with ILGM not knowing what level of customer service I’d get. The process went smoothly at first with ILGM shipping the product in less than a week. Unfortunately, the Postal Service lost the package in shipment. I contacted ILGM to initiate the replacement shipment process (part of the ILGM guarantee) after waiting about two weeks with the Postal Service tracking info “frozen” (showing no movement through the network) the whole time. At first, I was asked to wait until one month had elapsed from time of original shipment. I explained in an email to Logan that this would throw my tight grow schedule off to a point where I feared running out. The consequences of bearing the daily pain without any means of mitigating it were of great concern to me. I explained all of this to Logan in my email. When I awoke the next morning, much to my surprise and delight, Logan had responded to me that they would begin the replacement process immediately rather than wait any further (at this point, the original shipment had been “frozen” in the USPS tracking system for almost two weeks). Likewise, although I had paid for registered mail in my original order, a mistake was made, and the order had errantly been shipped via standard priority mail. Logan verified that they had made the error and immediately offered to either refund the $25 involved or give me a $45 store credit (which I gladly accepted). The replacement order arrived here on the 26th of April … LESS THAN ONE WEEK AFTER LOGAN BEGAN THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS!!! These folks are the best in the business!
