"I ordered a rather obscure apart for an old IBM optra printer. It is the hardware that enables double sided printing. You guys had the best price in town, or should I say on the Internet. The duplexer was listed as being refurbished, it sure looked a brand new to me. Rarely have I ever seen anything packed so well. It was wrapped in wrapping paper, multiple layers of bubble wrap, and two plastic bags. It took me 5 minutes to get the duplexer out of its packing material. But best of all. when I installed it on the printer, turned it on, and printed four page in duplex mode, it worked perfectly. You don't need to worry, I'll be back for more IP stuff in the future.
And another thing I ordered the parts on December 2 and they arrived at my door on December 4. IT Parts Depot is in Minnesota and I live in Lexington Kentucky.

"This seller lists items that it does not have in stock. This is known as a drop shipper. Once they get an order, they try to buy it from another wholesaler and have them ship it directly to you. If they can't get it, or the price is too high, they just tell you it is out of stock. I hate these kinds of sellers because they waste your time. You think you have the item ordered and on the way, and then a day or two later you find out you're now behind on a project."
"I was apprehensive purchasing here after reading the reviews...DON'T BE!! It is probably the best internet purchase I have experienced.
I ordered delicate DDR3 memory chips for my computer. It was package so well It took me 10 minutes to unwrap it. I've bought ram before from major companies and had to return them because they were DOA. These worked perfectly.
The pricing at IT Parts Depot was the best I could find and I have no hesitation about ordering from them again.
Plus, their communication is excellent. I received 3 or 4 emails from them letting me know how the order was progressing and when it was shipped. And really fast service too. Just excellent from beginning to end.....and No... I do not work for then nor am I affiliated with them in any way.

"ordered a part from this location back in Novemeber 2013. paid via paypal. paypal shows payment transfered without issue (as does my CC company). now it is 3+ months later and they sent me a paypal invoice out of the blue (did bother even contacting me) claiming payment was never received and asking me to prove that i made payment. i emailed them a copy of my paypal transaction and they claimed it was wrong. the two peope there are now sending me emails putting down my company saying we're deliquents and non-professionals. i've never experienced anything like this before. i have been in the IT field for over 10 years and have purchased from WAY too many online stores and this is the first time something like this has happened."
