"I will definitely be dealing with ISI Tech. again. I ordered a CPU cooler at 5:15PM on Jan 4th. As per their site, I did not expect this to be shipped until the next day, so I asked it to be shipped 2nd day which is more expensive. Within 5 mins, I had a call from Tom at ISI asking if I would like to change that to ground as I was closer to them than I thought and I should have the product the next day. Also this saved me some money on shipping. They held the shipping driver to get the package shipped that day. true to their word, the package was at my door at 11:03 on Jan 5th. Time from order to delivery, 18 hrs. With this kind of service, I will not hestitate to use ISI again, or recommend them to others.
Update: As for the product I purchased, I purchased a Cooler Master Hyper L3 CPU cooler. This product works very well. It dropped the idle temp compared to the Intel suppled heatsink/fan by 30 deg fahrenheit. Under load with the new cooler, it does not get hotter than what the originl did at idle."

"I placed an order with these guys for a Chieftec DA-01WD full-tower computer case. The order was placed online. I never received order confirmation. I called them to inquire about the status of my order. "Our online system isn't operational yet." I should have backed down then, but proceeded to verbally give my order to the sales associate. 2 months and $124 later, I have yet to receive the case. They're not returning e-mail or phone calls. These guys, as they say, suck donkey balls! Not only will I never order from this company again, I am starting to take legal action against them.
