"They may be running a scam. I ordered a camera though bizrate.com and after giving them my credit card information, they told me my item was on back order. Later when I checked their web site, they were advertising that they had the item (at a very low price) in stock. I tried contacting them but they did not respond.

When i did get a hold of someone, he told me they didn't have the camera, but they could sell me a "bundle" that included the camera at a higher cost.

Another point of instrest... every time I call, I get the same person. whether I choose customer service, sales, or operator, there seems to be only one guy (from india) there.

When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he hung up on me and sent me a notice that my order had been cancelled."

"IProDigital is a FRAUD! Say they are authorized dealer but sell products way below MAP. Check address they have listed on their website, it's a RESTAURANT! They will charge your credit card, ship SOMETHING via FedEx then the day it is suppose to arrive, call the package back . You call FedEx and they say shipper called package back, they used an invalid FedEx account. No one answers the phone at iproDigital. So by now your credit card payment has gone through. Hopefully they get shut down by the credit card companies whom I am certain are hunting them down. BUYER BEWARE!!"
