"Short version of a very long problem:

11/30/06 - Bought the two Freedom V wireless guitars and Guitar Hero 2 bundle on 11/30/06
Received, and since they were Xmas presents were not opened until late Dec.

Upon testing Guitars and researching on manufacturer website (http://www.theantcommandos.com/FAQDisplay.aspx) discovered that they are not compatible with Guitar Hero 2 (based on serial # on guitars).

1/8/07 So I contacted IOGameGear reporting my discovery.
1/9/07 I get a response and offered to replace my guitars.
1/9/07 I requested the wired red and blue guitars and emailed back with my response.
1/16/07 I emailed IOGameGear again as I had not heard back from anyone.
1/18/07 I emailed IOGameGear again, still no response
1/18/07 I get a response stating the following:
"We process the order today to ship out the one blue and one red guitar controller, when you receive the controller, you will receive a RMA number as well for incase. if you want to go ahead return the two wireless guitar to us. that would be fine."
1/31/07 Email sent asking for tracking #, as replacement guitars have not arrived.
2/15/07 Email sent asking for response/status.
2/21/07 Still no response, created review on Resllerratings.com

This is by far worst Ebay Store experience I have ever had. Unfortunately I waited too long to review them on eBay thinking I was going to get my replacement guitars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR, they have been nothing but unresponsive and provide false information to me in this matter.
