"NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I purchased some jewelry for my wife's birthday. I had to return it because the bracelet did not fit my wife's wrist. Followed the return directions on the site. Called them and e-mailed them to let them know that I was returning the jewelry but didn't receive any response. I had UPS track the return, and they did accept the returned items. However, there was no notification from them on the return of my $$$. I finally had to call my credit card service and create a dispute for the payment.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
