"No LIve Chat as advertised. No Phone Support or availability to call. Does dont support GUI options offered. No Tech Support. Software unreliable. A total scam! 3-2-2016, No response for help with crashing computer. Software could not be Uninstalled without paying for Tech Support from computer manufacturer. Emails from Lisa@Customer Service indicate that website allegations of the above false promotions if pointed out, and screenshots were provided to her, would be removed. They have not!. Do not waste your money with this scam!

Company has been removed by CNET, PC Magazine and many other Security Software reviewers for false advertising, fraud and "not as advertised" claims. FBI IC3 has also opened a complaint/claim because money was accepted for services they cant provide. They have no unlisted or listed phone number. Case referred to local LEO's.
PayPal has escalated dispute without ANY response from company. Phone number is "disconnected" and email is "bounced"."
