"Just received my laptop and i absolutely love it!"
"The item was not as described, had defects. I tried 3 times to contact through email on their site (all three emails addresses which are listed) and called them on the phone. I have not received a response, or compensation for this defective monitor. I would strongly advice against doing business with these people.

I finally got a hold of them, seems they were closed for the holiday seasons. Too bad they didnt leave any way for me to know.
Anyways, I told them my problem, and he told me to ship it back. Its now shipped. I'm a little happier with this company now. I will update it if i ever get a new monitor back. If not.. Ill post more negative comments. But so far, this bad situation has taken a turn for the better. I hope it continues to rise
***UPDATE****
2.5 weeks later, after shipping my monitor back. I did not receive a response or a new monitor. I had to call them to find out that my monitor was now out of stock. I Now am currently in the process of simply getting my money back.
So, after over 2 months of dealing with this. I think i will just buy the monitor for the extra money from newegg.com. (Not to mention it cost me about 40 dollars total for shipping) So to get my new monitor it is going to cost me around 230 dollars due to wasting time with this company.
