"These clowns sent me a damaged side step, but I only noticed it after I had begun installation. The steps were not yet unpacked when I began uninstalling the trim, which damaged the retaining clips. I had no choice but to continue with the installation but took a photo immediately upon completing installation. They refused to help in any way, shape, or form.

We plan to have our Palisade for another decade, so we could have been great return customers.
