Not a pleasant experience

"Ordered a watch band that was available but not in stock. The in stock part was not listed on their website. They assured me that their policy is to order available items and it should take no more that 7-10 business days. And if there was any delay they would email me.
Three weeks later no status or email. Sent them an email asking for status and was told, after a few days, the initial supplier never responded and they were ordering it from a different supplier. But if I wanted a refund to just ask. I decided to wait.
Another three weeks go by and no status. Send them a new email asking for status and if the band wasn't going to be available soon then to refund my order.
No replies from them. Tried calling and just goes to voicemail and give them your info and they will get back to you.
Haven't heard a peep. Off to dispute the charge.
