"Stay far away from ordering anything from these people. I've sent them 5 emails, they haven't responded back to one of them. Ordered on Dec 28th 2004 it is now Jan 9th 2005 and I havent received my order and haven't had a reply to any of my emails. They gave me a tracking number on Jan 5th and when I track it on Fedex's website it says that the package is not in fedex's possession. Im disputing the charges with my credit card company. Who knows how long that may take. But please do yourself a favor and DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE."
"I purchased a dms3/PS2 v7 from these guys, and even though there was a national backorder at the time and no other merchants were taking orders, they located one and it was on my doorstep within 2 weeks. They were available via their online support IRC channel and kept me informed while I waited. Everything was as advertised. The unit has been used heavily for the last month with no problems. Would be pleased to do business again!"
