Items were never shipped

"I ordered a glue gun and glue sticks from HotMelt.com and the items were never shipped. After numerous attempts at calling and e-mailing them I had to make a claim with PayPal to have my money refunded. Buyer beware."

Ordered some glue - paid - never shipped

"In June of 2018, we ordered some glue sticks. Paid the bill (46$). And never received them. Cannot find any way to contact them now.... and they still have a site that will take your money.!!!"
