"They sent the wrong buckle and refused to sent the correct one."

"Extremely disappointed and its going downhill.....I contacted Hotbuckles on/about 2nd week of July to ask for a discount since I had such a large order. I was put through a couple of changes, but days later I was finally told "yes" to the discount and I was given a code to input to obtain the discount.
I used the discount code and continually got an error message. I called Hotbuckles repeatedly (had to leave voicemail msgs) to speak to Nicole or anyone that could help me with the discount code issue. I end up making the purchase without the code/discount because time is now of the essence (I am putting on a surprise party for a teen and her guests...the theme is set, the date is nearing, etc). Estimated delivery 7 - 10 days: day...today is day 15. Really? I have not yet seen the product....thong sandals/flip flops....I am praying the quality of the product is heads and tails above the customer service."
