"Ordered a banner online through hotbanners.com. They do not offer a phone number to talk to someone so everything is done over email which is slow. Overall the design that I paid for was good but I was promised the actual design file so that I could modify it myself and make adjustments and I was never sent the file that was very important to me. They are ignoring my emails requesting it and the only phone number i was able to find they have not answered. I wouldn't use them again. Shipping took about 2 weeks after I had paid and they advertise fast turnarounds which seems very slow to me."
