"Never received the parts of my car"

"Placed an order for shocks and received a confirmation email. 2 days went by and I never received a tracking number. My credit card was charged so I call and they said the payment was never applied to my order. They said they fixed that and my order would ship out soon and that they would send an email in 20 minutes to confirm. Few more days go by and no word. Call again and they tell me my order has been canceled. Complete waste of my time dealing with them."
