"I had order a chandelier on horchow the name is Alexandria majestic 13 lights cristal chandelier and a ceiling medallion in May 2017. I decide on 6/18/17 to open the box to get it ready for to be install by an electrician 6/24 find out that the chandelier was totally different from the pic on Horchow, I spoke to Horchow customer service telling them what happen, they told me it was a mistake from the manufacturer, I said that I m not sure because I found a piece of paper inside of the box stating cristorama lightling a company located in New York was the vendor , they did not deny it and ask them where the chandelier was made they told CHINA , I told them that was very wrong for both companies to mislead their customers and if I knew that the chandelier was made from CHINA that I will not buy it they just listed listed the chandelier as imported only to mislead customers. The cost of that. Piece of garbage who knows if it will crystal s 1600$.chandelier actual price was $ 2195 on Horchow and the worst of all I did check cristorama website it was less than the asking price on Horchow and told that I will make complaint about them. horchow had refunded my account from that day , they told me they will follow with cristorama the vendor and manufacturer but I doubt it the will because the price of that chandelier still the same on their website I won't ever buy things anything from Horchow , crooked company."

"I placed a very large order at horchow.com a few days ago. Yesterday I see they are offering free shipping and 30% off the entire site. I make a call to request that the sale price be extended to me since my orders were placed so recently. The rude sales girl put me on hold for long periods of time several times then finally tells me since I got free shipping they are not willing to extend me the sale price. I told her since I had spent so much it would be worth my time to re-order everything to take advantage of the 30% savings and send back the original order. She said that was fine (of course that was fine with HER, she would be inconvenienced in no way!)So much for Tis the season or even good old fashioned customer service, Horchow! Spend your dollars at Macy's, Bloomingdales or Nordstrom when you want top shelf customer satisfaction. Horchow has seriously gone down hill. I certainly know where to go the next time I'm looking for dime store service! "
