"I have been dealing with Hoodman since 2005. Never a problem until this order. The SHSK3 3" protectors will not stick to lcd. Emailed Sales 5 times they never replied! Called 4 times, left messages with Christine and Robt Schmidt not 1 return courtesy call.
When someone did answer phone, I was always told "they are out to lunch" or I will have someone call you back. Never a return call.
Just plain discourteous customer service. Will not do business with Hoodman again and as a pro photographer will never recommend them to colleagues.
What a shame!

Problems continue with product. Hoodman did replace but adhesive will NOT adhere for more than a few days, especially in the brutally hot weather in Maryland.
The other product bought for the smaler LCD's works perfectly.
Not Happy!!"
