"Do not order from them! The worst online shop I have ever encountered. I placed an order on 7 June 2010. I have yet to receive my order to date Oct 2010. I had called and emailed them a few time. At first, they said wait for a while, items have been shipped though they can't track the items for me (what is this? I believe any proper business will have a tracking system). Now they did not respond at all. Does it take 4 months to ship a few bottles of honey across the continent? Please, be honest and at least refund me the money. "
