"I'm not a fan of Salmon, usually. I found Honey Smoked Salmon by accident. It was selling at my market. I spoke with a young man who was picking some up. He told me it was great, as he didn't care for "fishy" tasting fish. I decided to purchase a very small cut. When I got home for lunch, I decided to try the fish. Oh My Word!! It was delish. So good I ate the whole piece. My market stopped offering HSS. I looked everywhere and very disappointed. One day I googled HSS and there it was. I remember the packaging. I contacted and spoke with a wonderful lady who gave me all the detail. YAY! I found them. I ordered the 8 different seasonings. I am so happy now. I can order my fish. It ships overnight, and is packaged very well. The representative also advised of 2 locations that sold HS SALMON, but they aren't that close. Maybe one day, I'll take a drive go the stores and see. But I know my favorite salmon is only a day away. I am so enjoying the salmon and I don't care for fishy tastes either. I took some to church for our weekly lunch afterwards. Needless to say, it went fast and I took a clean platter home."

"I picked up two containers of the Spread at Costco about a month ago. Wow! Better than any I have had before; including on several fishing trips in Alaska. I went through both containers in about a week. Since I don't live very close to Costco I tried to order online but it was not available. I called the company and they graciously sent me more. They said it should be available online soon. This really is a premium product and I hope it becomes widely available. I have served it to several friends and they have all made the trip to Costco to purchase for themselves. Great product and friendly customer service!"

"Wow! This is, by far, the best smoked salmon my husband and I have ever had and we've had alot of salmon. It's so rare to have the fish retain so much moisture when smoked. Honey Smoked Fish Co clearly has mastery smoking. This was absolutely delicious! It was a generous portion, not overly spicy, sweet but not too sugary, and delicate moist texture. Is your mouth watering yet? This is a product that can be enjoyed during special occasion dining, a lunch snack, or at the top of mountain peak after hiking all day. It's a meal that will add a new taste memory to any occasion. Just delish!"
