"They mailed me a defective AEE MD-80 mini video camera (out of focus). From May 12 through June 12 I submitted three RMA requests. The only person I dealt with was Nancy. She initially said she was consulting with engineers before she could issue an RMA. Then no word back and no response to the second RMA request. Nancy responded to the third request asking me to basically start explaining the situation over again (already explained by me three times in one month). They are simply stalling and will not issue RMA requests.

AVOID.

Also I submitted a one-time use email address that is now SPAMMED by their newsletters.
