"No phone number on their website (sketchy). I had ordered some accessories for our new Acura MDX. They e-mailed me back days later, stating that the "ship to" address is not on file with my credit card. I have absolutely no clue what this means. I have a signature visa card that we constantly use, spend over $10k a month on, and have parcels shipped to our weekend home address all the time. No retailer had ever stalled an order on us because the "ship to" address was different than our billing address. Their website must attract customers with a lot of stolen credit cards I suppose. When I called my credit card, I had spoken to one of their reps, as well as a supervisor. Neither one of them had any way of adding a separate address to my credit card file.

I'll take my business elsewhere."

The main complaint with my current floor mats is that the driver's side mat kept sliding up, creating a dangerous situation by the gas pedal.
