"Bought pool table for my grandson for Xmas. Ordered in nov to ensure delivery in time. Opened gift on Xmas day to find small tear in cloth. Grandsons special day ruined. 48 hour deadline from delivery to notify. No refund/replacement/repair offered. Took no account of circumstances.

"I have now bought two items from Home Leisure Direct, a table tennis table and pool table, and on both occasions the service has been fantastic. Good communication from the delivery team, good prices and the tables are great. Their showroom is definitely worth a visit too - loads of pinball, arcade and pool tables, all on free play, makes trying out and choosing a lot easier, and no pressure from the showroom team. Overall a great buying experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so pleased with our new pool table that I thought I'd let others know! A family friend told us you can get pool tables that are also dining tables which was perfect for our dining room, as we never use it and wanted to put a drinksbar in there, but with the pool table/dining table we could still have dinner at the table at Christmas etc. The guys at Home leisure were really helpful and knew exactly what I was after.
We paid extra to get the table installed and it was delivered and ready for us to use in about half an hour. It looks great in our dining room, can't wait to get out friends round this weekend for some pool and drinks!"

"Buy from this company at your own risk. I chose my table at the Bristol show room 16th Sept 2014 having to pay in full . Then my problems started, trying to arrange delivery with the so called dispatch manager ( Steve ) was a nightmare , like dealing with Kermit on the muppet show . He would talk about floods,snow and narrow roads , anything but a delivery date . My table arrived 23rd of Dec but with damage to three legs , this took 4 months and numerous emails before the table was finally repaired . I found the whole process both upsetting and stressful. Life is too short to ever deal with this company again . "
