I had to contact them several times to get an update on my order status to the point I was concerned I had been scammed due to the lack of communication. I even went as far as giving them several e-mails addresses to communicate with me and still nothing. I eventually only communicated over the phone and at one point was talked down to by a male "customer service rep". In the end the prices make up for the lousy/lack of email correspondence. I tried to purchase a subsequent appliance but quit after experiencing the same e-mail/account "issues" the price difference was so minor that I bought locally. "
