"I purchased an Exercise Rower from this company. They had excellent prices and the ordering process was simple and straight forward. The Machine itself is an excellent piece of equiment and better than other rowers I've used. The only problem I had concerned the delivery process. This item is Drop Shipped (shipped from the Manufacturer not the seller) and was sent via a freight company (not UPS or FedEx). I coordinated no fewer than 5 delivery appointments and the freight company failed to show each and every time. I missed 1 1/2 days from work and spent more than 18 hours waiting for a delivery that wasn't comming. Eventually, after a heated discussion with the dispatcher, I took delivery at Midnight on a Thursday. Short story: Good Price, Good Product, painful delivery process. "
"Wonderful Company to do business with. Had no problems with them at all. I wanted to break up payments on a big ticket item & they were extremely helpful with letting me put it on different forms of payment that worked out best for me. Item was new, & still operates perfectly, over 5 months later. All that & they were one of the cheapest companies offering what I was looking for. If I'm in the market for anything this big & pricey again, I have no problem dealing with this company yet again. Cheers to them for impressing me as much as they did!"
