"After receiving a Hammary end table with a flawed self closing drawer, I contacted Home Gallery Stores inquiring about a warranty replacement or repair. HGS requested photos and a video showing the issue. The furniture manufacturer, Hammary, rejected our claim. HGS offered us $50 that we will use to correct the deficiency of the manufacturer’s poor quality control. I have several Hammary furniture pieces and this will be my last. That being said, I commend Home Gallery Stores for stepping up to the plate to help us correct the issue. Good customer service keeps customers coming back."

"I ordered a buffet on October 30th, 2023. The price was great and quantity was exactly what I was looking for. I called to ask questions on delivery. The person I spoke to said it would take about 3 weeks maybe 4. Perfect, I thought I would have it by Thanksgiving. Well, that didn't happen. I decided to email to see if there would be a tracking number. No tracking number. However whoever answered my email said that they would give me updates as to my ordered. (Sure they would) Well to my surprise I got a number of emails as to my order. Well it finally arrived today December 21st! Am I happy with my order? You bet I am! Am I happy with the delivery process? Absolutely not!! Don't tell me it will be 3-4 weeks and it is nearly 8! And please don't tell me that the delivery company will assemble it and do the inspection before delivery. It was actually done at my home! Bottom line...just tell the client it will be 7-8 weeks. "

"In August, I ordered a bar open hutch that came damaged. I noted it on delivery ticket and they sent a furniture technician to my house to confirm. He did and confirmed the item needed to be replaced. On December 6, the replacement was delivered and before it was taken out of the box by the delivery man, we noticed a crack. He reported it immediately and sent pictures in, and I refused to accept it. First they offered me $50 to keep the damaged item, ( I paid $2,000 for this piece) but I told them no and refused the item. They now tell me they fixed the crack to manufacturers standards and will be sending it back to me. I feel I paid good money and should expect a new, undamaged item . If you can find your item through another dealer, I would suggest doing so, because if you have any issues with the item they will do everything in their power to avoid doing the right thing. Their whole process of dealing with the damaged product is terrible. "

"Home Gallery Stores made ordering and receiving furniture an easy and pleasant experience. After placing my order, I received several emails notifying me of the progress of the order. Originally I was quoted a delivery time of 5-6 weeks, but was very pleased to receive my furniture in less than two weeks! The delivery process was also handled very well. I was informed of the date of delivery, then given a two hour estimate and called 30 minutes before arrival. They arrived on time and were efficient in setting up the furniture. I am very pleased and will use Home Gallery Stores for future purchases and recommend them to others."

"I purchased a coffee table, waited over a month for a table they said was in stock, received the coffee table and it's a totally different color wood then in website pictures I opened a claim, sent pictures of the very different wood coffee table that does not match the pictures on line and was told I will have to pay to return it. It costs as much as the table itself to pay the return Shipping. I've called several times to please help me with the return shipping and they told me it's not their problem, I stuck with a table I can't use. This is horrible to care so little about your customers. It is not the color wood shown on your site and you should have charged me fairly for the return shipping so I can return this item. It's 2023 the customer should matter"
