Horrible Company

"Stay away from these people - I purchased a toilet seat from them and it stopped working, still under warranty, barely used. Now they are asking me send $800 for shipping cost. That is the total cost of the product. These people are so pathetic that they won't even reply to my emails for days. It took them a week to my order. I had to send them the original email and even that took 4 days for them to reply and now they are asking for $800 for the shipping cost. Looters."

Acting like a Fake Company

"Worst company ever, We are a design and build company and we are ordering many items from all kind of suppliers. They sent a product that was not working and tried to return it. Story starting now, after we found no customer service you are talking with a computer, and if you want to call them then " no available agent now" :)))
Email is more fun: Send us a picture, yes we did, send a box picture yes we did, and then send a video, so need to re-install and re-run not properly working toilet, and who will pay for this???
If you do not have customer service then you are not the right company, think about After 30 days your product is not working, and no one other side to help and you are trashing your money into the trash can.

Worst Excuse for Incorrect Product

"I recently purchased a Black kitchen sink from Homary. It arrived, undamaged within a month but upon receipt, we opened it to find a Gunmetal gray sink instead. I contacted Homary and received a note from the manufacturer stating that if I would look at the sink in a darker light, I would find it to be black."

WORST COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

"We bought a $1,500 sofa that looked gorgeous on the pictures. The problem started even on the delivery... it is on the 1st floor with a staircase access and they delivered on the ground floor blocking all the neighbors entrance and didn't care at all. The delivery guy just said: this is a standard delivery and there is nothing I can do about it.
I have to call people to help me put upstairs, then we open the boxes, and noticed right the way the terrible quality of the product. To start with the color - They show a rich dark gray/blue, the one they delivered was a very pale-gray. The "leather" that they advertise was the cheapest vinyl you can possibly get, and the cushions were hard as a rock... we didn't even bother to assembled and contacted them the AFTER we received.
The whole think is a joke! 7/17/23 was my first email to them, after I mentioned number of times that the product they delivered was not what they advertised, they keep asking me to keep the sofa and giving me a 20% discount. They call me on 8/3/23 to again offer me to stay with the couch and give me a 50% discount. I told them AGAIN that I don't want that product, it was not what we bought, the quality is TERRIBLE and I don't want that in my house... today, 8/12/13 they sent me an email "opening a case - almost a month after I contacted them!) offering me to keep the couch again with a 20% discount or giving me an unrealistic refund policy (that I need to pack exactly the way it came and with a wooden pallet under). For me, that is it! I am open a dispute with my credit card and using all the emails they sent me as a proof of their BAD business. BE AWARE!!!!!

Save yourself from buying Homary!

"By far the worst buying experience I had in my life, and I feel obliged to warn people against it. First, the product a Upholstered Convertible Sofa does not look like it's advertised AT ALL (I have a good comparison video, but you can't upload videos here). Cushions are not as thick, not comfortable to say the least. When opening to the small bed, cushions are not as displayed on the product page, they are separated, and not set in place, and the weirdest feature is that the backrest has a space where the cushion can just fall off to the back. The storage space doesn’t stay up like in the picture, I can go on and on… I hope I paint the picture that this will not be a comfortable bed to say the least and most importantly for this complaint, it's falsely advertised. But worst of all is the customer service and the deceiving 30-day "easy" return policy. Well, it's easy if you open the box looks at your disassembled furniture, and decide, " I'm just going to return it.."basically if you assembled and saw that this is a false advertisement at it's best, the product is nothing like it looks online, basically defected for the purpose you got it for, there is nothing you can do about it, and customer services representative and managers will just drag you without any resolution despite my best wishes to return it to the warehouse, take the pictures and videos they want to show the defects. After 20 days they send me an installation video, implying that I did something wrong with installing the defective product, while the video is for a completely different couch , not even from the actual manufacturer. This is what you can expect if you deal with defective merchandise from Homary.
This is a detailed account of the events and dates of the interaction with Homary:
I have purchased a product from Homary on April 19th for $817.87, Received it on April 25th and in the same day asked for a refund since it was a completely different product than advertised. During that time I disputed the charge since Homary claimed that their fine print does not allow return if the product is assembled. Despite being a completely different product than advertised, and being defective, they were not willing to issue me a return despite my best efforts to clearly demonstrate the case for a return (the product being defective first and foremost). During that time I made a dispute with my bank since I saw that I don't have any option to receive my money back. once they agreed to return the money they said that I need to lift the dispute in order to return the money, I did that based on good faith and on May 22nd provided them with a document from my Bank that the dispute is closed and I got rebilled for the credit I received. Since then Homary claimed that the refund is in a hand of a third party and they can't process anything until the case with the third party is concluded. On June 30th they told me that the third party ended the investigation and that I should receive the refund in 5-7 business days. Since then I'm still waiting for the refund and there is not sight or evidence of any money deposited in my account. I've been calling and emailing them on a daily basis but they keep giving excuses such as my bank is rejecting the refund based on a chargebac,. a claim that I confirmed with my bank that they can't possibly do since they don't reject credits ever, and I have no resolve or confidence that my case can be helped besides contacting authorities that supervise financial practices for companies such as Homary. Now after 10 days that I daily contacted them I reached the head of the financial department that bluntly claimed that they didn't refund the money to me cause they thought I'm trying to scam them and receive double credit from them. They claimed I was lying to them! I can provide evidence that I never got a refund from them, and that since June 30th they are falsely claiming that they send the refund to my original payment. Save yourself and don't do it. there are so many companies that respect customers and their money. I've been dealing with this refund since April 25th! For a defective product!

Stay far away from homary

"We purchased a shoe organizer that needed magnets to keep the door closed. Upon opening the box, the magnets popped off. The shoe organizer is cheap looking and ugly in person, unlike the online image.

After numerous annoying emails from Homary, they were unwilling to admit their product is garbage, and refused to refund me, or allow me to return the product with pre paid postage. They wanted me to pay $90 to return the item!!!

I will never purchase anything from this company again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either.

BUYER BEWARE AGAIN. They have the absolute worst customer service and RETURN POLICY

"Seems like I should have checked other reviews before using homary. They are terrible to deal with. Non existent return policy. Just keep delaying and delaying and nothing gets resolved. When asked to speak to someone in managment I was told "their policy does not allow that". So basically, I am on my own. Next step, reaching out ot my credit card company to ask for credit. I have the box ready to be returned, waiting for them to send a return label, never sent and now I am stuck with an item I do not want. Terrible what is going on. Do Not Purchase from this company. "

BUYER BEWARE

"BUYER BEWARE: We are in an EXHAUSTING BATTLE with Homary because they REFUSE to exercise their REFUND POLICY which stated allowance for return of merchandise within 30 days. In March '23, we purchased a leather couch and on the day it was delivered, immediately realized the product was not what it was advertised (it was very hard and uncomfortable to sit in). That same day we submitted a request to return and refund. That started our exhausting battle with this vendor. They made unreasonable requirements for us to even qualify for the return including that we re-package the couch using original INDUSTRIAL packaging and palette which was also ridiculous because they instructed their delivery service to take these away! After months of back and forth along with INVESTIGATION BY OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY they agreed to refund. HOWEVER we are still waiting for that refund. THIS VENDOR IS DISHONEST. They make commitments they are unwilling to follow by so PLEASE BEWARE before you make any purchases through this vendor. "

Not Going to be a repeat customer

"I was so excited to purchase a new desk and bookcase from Homary. The price was higher then I wanted to spend as their discounts are not as marketed, they are less than the website coupon showcases. But I decided it would be worth as I needed a new desk to run my business. I ordered it unit and it was shipped out earlier than I expected which was great! I paid extra for the white glove delivery service as I'm 7 months pregnant and cannot carry and assemble myself. That is where everything went wrong. There was only 2 options for delivery neither of which worked for me so I had to have a family member cover as the freight company they use would have charge me a storage fee to get a date that would have worked in my schedule. - strike 1. The team came out and they did deliver the pieces of furniture to the room I needed it in and failed to assemble the desk as there were no screw/brackets/or components to get it together. They made a note and left telling me it was my problem to deal with. Homary customer service asks that you send emails only to resolve an issue. Well I emailed the day it happened and the next day and the day after that and NO ONE responded. It was four days before I got a response which was take pictures of the unit so we can send out what you need I did. Another 3 days went on radio silence I emailed every day and finally took to calling leaving messages and trying to get a human to talk with me. I finally got a gentlemen who said they put the order in and I would have replacement parts. GREAT!! finally a win. then radio silent no ETA on delivery no ETA on when they would send a team to put together as that is part of what I paid for with the white glove service. I have continued to email and call daily with no answer until 17 days after the initial delivery I am told the pieces I need to assemble the desk will be sent out and hopefully will arrive in 30 days and I can assemble the desk myself. This is the WORST experience I can possibly think of. You pay extra to have this assembled they can't do it as they didn't include the parts. I asked for the parts to be expedited in shipping as I removed my desk from the location to prepare for this new unit and cannot work. I now have to rent a time shared location to run my business for possibly greater than 30 days with no refund to not receiving the service I originally paid for and now I have to wait to have a working desk another month plus. I have asked time and again to talk to a manager with zero follow up or escalation. One of the customer service representatives finally told me they usually pull the replacement pieces from the warehouse and ship to accommodate the client but chose not to and to have pieces sent from the manufacturer which will take a month and that is apparently the "fastest" time possible. Save your money, time and effort. Wayfair/Overstock/American Furniture Warehouse/Amazon all have incredible pieces and their customer service to resolve issues like this is not even comparable. I love the look of the desk and WISH i had pieces to actually get it together at this point I'm doubting it will ever happen and IF I hadn't been proactive to follow up DAILY for 17 days NO ONE responded to me to get an answer."

Worst company.!

"Worst company I've ever seen! worst customer service. I bought a bookcase and it is very poor quality, it was never as it says in the sales, it is shaking and it looks like it will collapse at any moment, creating a danger in my house. I have been writing by e-mail for weeks, every time the company finds an excuse. and does not accept return! I never recommend. I will take the legal route and complain to the business office."

you will wait for delivery for years, and then you will not return the money

"Terrible service. I ordered a sofa and a desk from them. The sofa went for 7 months instead of the promised 3, in the end I never received it - the money was returned. I waited for a desk for 4 months - it turned out to be defective, the wrong color and very poor quality. Homary refuse to refund tme for 3 weeks for unknown reasons. Continue meaningless correspondence with the support service."
