"I'm new to HolyClothing. I started buying in November of last year. I've made 7 purchases so far and I plan to make more. I love the clothes. I love the designs and embroidery.

I've only needed to return two items, one for sizing reasons and the other for a defect in the product. I was refunded the correct amount for both and had no troubles with the returns.

I have had occasion to contact customer service and they've replied promptly and were helpful.

I would recommend this site for anyone who wants something stylish and unique. "

"i started getting Holy Clothing clothes last year in september. i was curious and wrote to the support about sizing before ordering. i sent them about 10000 mails and they always responded super helpful and always friendly!
if one of your items has the slightest defect, they give you the option to send it back and get your money back. because shipping back was too expensive for me from my country, they even gave me my money back without wanting their top back! this company has the best support i ever had the pleasure to contact.

and for the items: they are awesome! the fabric is great and the embroidery looks so fitting for everything! i always check the measurements tab and so far out of 18 pieces only 2 did not fit so well.
everything else looked super flattering on me and the colors are great :D

shipping is monstly faster than expected and always arrives on time.

to be honest: yes, you HAVE to use the measurements tab before ordering! :P
but i think that should be normal. when i order online i always check that before placing an order.
are there really people out there which just think "i always wear L, i just buy L here too"? hopefully not."

"As ususal with this site, the work is exquisite, and the designs are unusual. Available in large sizes, although the sizing is uneven. I have several pieces, But be cautioned, these pieces are not really washable. The fabric develops holes even before it's washed, and the embroidery has white cord underneath that comes through quite quickly. Too bad. And prices have doubled this year."

"his place is not customer friendly. Stay AWAY!!!!

On November 27th I purchased 11 items from Holyclothing.com.However when they arrived 10 of the items were too big. I filled out the exchange sheet and asked for all items to be exchanged to the same item same color small size. I even sent an email to info.holyclothing.com stating that I am willing to wait for the items to be in stock for this exchange. However on December 10th I received an email stating that only 4 of these items are in stock and the other items I will get a gift card for. There are multiple issues with why this is wrong:

1) When I bought these items they were on discount for 30% off plus I had a 10% coupon. By issuing a gift card your company is now expecting me to pay full price for these items once they are back in stock. When I should be getting them for a FREE exchange!
2) The amount of the gift card is incorrect! I purchased the following items:

1) Trinity Burgudy Wine price of $33.74
2) Callie Midi Aqua price of $41.24
3) Brooke Black price of $33.74
4) Kelly Coat Black price of $74.99
5) Breanna Burgudy price of $29.99
6) Trinity Blue Hydrangea price of $52.49
Grand total of $266.19

The gift card your company issued was only for $239.58 therefore being short $26.61. I was told this is because of the 10% coupon I used on my original items, however that was used on all 11 items and not just these 6 ones that aren't in stock. Therefore I should be refunded for the full amount of $266.19.

3) Since this error is unacceptable I asked for a full refund of these items. I was only refunded for $240 which is not the full amount of $266.19 I should get.
4) I asked to have a manager contact me about this issue and was emailed back "We already refunded you like I clearly told you"

I just did a Google search of this business and found three other customers stating they also never received their proper refunds either. I had to search four different websites before finding the owner's email. Plus there is no contact phone number for customer issues.

I would hate for this to happen to other Stay Away from this Business!"

"I love the dresses I bought although have found I need a midi as mini is a little too short even for a short person (would be ok for younger ladies). I love the soft feel and get lots of complements on the dresses. They do lose dye so need to be washed separately (Unless you like having your white clothes a pretty light blue), this is even in cold water.
I am big chested and the button down the front dresses I tend to buy the next size up to save gaping. "
