"I ordered a hover board for my son 11/2015 and it is Oct 2016 & I still haven't received it or my money back. They repeatedly lied that item was in customs. After several emails because no one will ever answer the phone at their number posted- no hover board. They finally stopped answering emails after a couple of months. I am very displeased and angry to say the least. Never do business with them. A complete rip off!!"

They respond to my emails intermittently and assure me that there is nothing to worry about. They keep saying the hoverboard is in US Customs. I'm not sure how long it takes for something to clear customs, but I would bet my life it doesn't take this long. I paid them through PayPal, and I have registered a complaint with them as well as voiced my concerns directly to the company many many times.
