"We stayed at the Sands Beach Holiday resort in Lanzarote half board in June this year, it was the first time we had booked through holiday nights and I have to say that everything was spot on. We had transfers to and from the airport and they were waiting for us at the airport and again were on time to pick us up from the hotel, so no lengthy waiting around. My grandson unfortunately broke his leg 2 weeks before we travelled but this caused us no problem at all, in fact the kids club at the resort went out of their way to make sure he could join most of the activities. We have booked with Holiday Nights again in November, this time to Gran Canaria, I am sure that everything will be just as good. The Sands Beach resort was extremely comfortable and well furnished and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The buffet in the evenings although not huge, had such a good selection of food that even the most fussy eater could always find something to eat. I would definitely recommend the Sands Beach hotel and Holiday Nights to anyone considering a holiday. "

Unfortunately for us we were informed a short while before we were due to go on holiday
That there was no rooms available at our chosen hotel and had to look around at the last minute to find alternative accommodation away from the rest of our family.

"This is the second time we've booked with Holiday Nights - we booked our Bulgarian beach holiday with them last summer and were impressed with their prices and service. This time we took the family again to Bulgaria, but this time skiing in Bansko. We went in February and booked our accommodation at the Kempinski Grand Arena. The Holiday Nights site is clear and easy to use and the price we paid was we felt excellent value for money. Stupidly, I had made a keying error when booking and missed an 'e' out of our surname. Called and got through very quickly to the Holiday Nights call centre, who were very understanding and rectified the problem without question straight away. They even reassured me that this kind of thing does happen from time to time, so I ended up not feeling so daft after all. Majorca is next on our radar and we'll certainly be looking at what deals Holiday Nights can offer. Highly recommended - keep up the good work!"
