"HokahknowTECH has been absolutely GREAT in every aspect. I wanted an SiS Xabre 600 video card for my birthday, and was having an extremely difficult time locating one. Triplex, a maker of this board, referred me to them.
I spoke to Daniel Prew and though he didn't have a board in stock, he sent me a test board that day. I received it just in time!
Since then, the board went bad as a resistor blew. I contacted Dan and he got a video card out to me right away. The service from this company has been nothing short of remarkable. Any time I need a part for a computer, I am going to call them first. They far and away have exceeded every expectation I have ever had for a computer parts dealer!"
"Email support was the finest you could ask for, as they replied usually an hour or so after I sent a message and were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Shipping was quick, ordered on Friday and received the package on Monday. I purchased a Triplex video card and Malazi sound card and ended up with quite a deal considering they are the only reseller I could find in the US that carries the product.(newegg.com only carries the lower end Triplex card)
*HokahknowTECH is definitely NOT a shady or fly by night reseller, but are just as good, if not better, than newegg.com or any other site that is in that ballpark.(Just stating this since I haven't heard anything about them and they didn't have any ratings before this one)*
