"DO NOT order from this company unless you are shipping to yourself. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter and input her shipping address and my billing address. As soon as I hit the pay button, the site changed the shipping address to match the billing address. I immediately contacted customer service and asked them to re-input the shipping address to the one I had originally provided. They said they could not, that I would have to get UPS to change the shipping address (at an additional cost of 19.99). I told them that there was no way the order could have already have been processed since I had just made it, and to just cancel the order. They said they were unable to cancel it. I have never had a customer service that was unwilling to help their customer in any way, especially when it was their fault. Buyer beware!"
