"I installed a few dimmable LED light strips and a driver using a compatible dimmer switch. I called Hitlights in advance and verified the whole installation process to ensure everything was done per their recommendations.
One light strip has LEDs that have now turned yellow and all LEDs flicker on power up. The yellow LEDs are clearly defective. The flickering is due to a problem with the driver. I've tried calling Hitlights customer service multiple times but they are totally non-responsive. Do yourself a favor and buy something else!"
"Don't do business with this company... terrible customer service! They never answer their phone. They don;t follow through on commitments... placed order for 2 day shipping and it arrived 5 days later! Their explanation... "oh, sorry, FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday", which of course we all know isn't true! If you can find a similar product elsewhere, don;t buy it from HitLights!"
"These leds work great for 1 strand but if you're looking for consistent output with multiple strands these arent them. I figured 75 watts for 3 strips 16'4" so i bought the 96 watt transformer and its not any better than the little 15 watt transformer, this tells me that the strips are inferior for transferring the load. Its a bummer as i bought enough to put 5 on my boat but will definitely look elsewhere. Too many companies trying to pass off cheezy as quality. "
