They shipped me a bad hard drive. I was beyond u-bid guarantee of returning in seven days when I discovered the product was faulty. But there was a 90 day warranty from hi-tech cafe. I contacted hi-tech cafe. they were in the midst of moving and asked me to wait until they finished moving and they would take care of me. They sent me and rma. I sent them the drive months ago. Now they refuse to replace the drive.
This all started within 6 weeks of original purchase."
"On Saturday, I ordered some parts for my computer from HiTechCafe.com and was blown away with the speed and the amount of customer service I got from them.
Not only did they ship the product on Monday with FedEx next day. It was packaged way beyond the need. I spent less then 50 bucks on some old ecc pc100 ram, and they shipped it to me in great shape. Each stick was wrapped in its own anti-static wrapper and then put in bubble wrap, and then in a box full of Styrofoam peanuts. Then the throw in my absolute favorite candy Jelly Belly brand jelly beans.
Talk about beyond the call of duty for a small first time order. I think they have made a customer for life."
