"I RMAed my old 60GXP. Outstanding service. Status updated frequently, replacement (7K250) was shipped out a day after defective one arrived via Airborne 2nd day air, and arrived in time manner. Also, email support replied very fast.

Of course, nothing much to say about replacement unit. (The fastest IDE 7200RPM HDD on the market)
