"I placed an online order totaling $66.52. The shipping total was to be $12.69. In the end, they took it upon themselves to ship my items separately and charge me an additional 9.99 shipping to send a $1.16 roll of tape. Which I only added to my order to reach the minimum order requirement. I've been ignored by phone and email. A company shouldn't be able to charge you whatever they want. You should only be charged for the amount you agreed to pay. Buyer beware."
